PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

INGRESAN F series
These products are stabilising systems for convenience food products like mayonnaise, ketchup, sauces and dressings. The use of milk- and whey-proteins permits a precise attitude of the creamyness at the finished products. Making good quality dressings and sauces is a complex process. Whether it is hot or cold processed, emulsified, re-heated in a microwave or used in chilled or frozen ready meal, the sauces need to maintain their desired properties.
INGRESAN G series
G-10 Series
These products are economical stabilising-systems for ice cream with butter or vegetable fat.
G-17/A
These products have been developed in order to meet the demand for ice with a maximum of creaminess.
G-30 Series
Systems for water, sherbet and yoghurt ice.
G-40 Series
These products are stabilising systems for soft-ice and soft-ice-powder, as well as mousse-products.
