First off, I want to thank everyone who came out and celebrated the summer solstice with 108 Sun Salutations! I absolutely love sharing this practice with you and it is an honor to lead you through it.
With summer officially upon us, I am in full adventure mode. We had an incredible weekend exploring Utah and parts of Arizona. What a beautiful part of the country. As most of you know, the trip was planned around the Bryce Canyon 50k, while it was a tough race, the views and the people made it so worth it. There is something magical about pushing yourself to those physical limits that keeps me coming back for more.
We were also fortunate enough to be able to see antelope canyon and explore the wave, as well as see this incredible solstice sunset (pictured above) at the Parawan Gap.
As always I am encouraging you to opt outside and push yourself to go just a little further out of your comfort zone!
