I hope you had a wonderful weekend!
Its no secret that I love to get outside and challenge myself, as well as seek new adventures. So, when I get injurued, I have a really tough time being still and resting. However, thats exactly what I had to do this past weekend and despite the challenge of it, I tried to embrace the act of slowing down and not doing much.
The human body is capable of so many incredible things, but sometimes it doesn't cooperate with us. Making sure that we take time to rest and recover as well as rehab the body is crucial to continuing to to all the things we love.

8-week yoga workshop continues on Wednesday at 6:30pm. 212 Tulane SE.
Come challenge yourself and just breathe with me as we continue to bulid upon the principles of Ashtanga yoga. There are a few spots left if you still want to join.
Start your day off right by joining me for a challenging and dynamic vinyasa yoga class on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 6:30am at the Remedy spa and studio.
