Thank you so much for coming to celebrate the Spring equinox with us! As always it was a beautiful practice and I feel so fortunate that I am able to share it with you. 
For those of you that didn't know, Sunday was also international happiness day. It was very fortunate that the day coincided with the spring equinox celebration, because the practice made me very happy! I hope you will go out and find something that makes you truely happy this week. 

Our workouts this week will again challenge your body and mind.

No Tuesday night stair workout this week, but we will get back to it soon, especially since it is light later and the weather has been beautiful. 

Yoga workshop on Wednesday evening! See you at 212 Tulane at 6:30pm. 

Start your day off right by joining me at The Remedy Day Spa for a dynamic vinyassa flow class on Monday and Wednesday at 6:30am. 

Remember, if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you!
