Apologies you haven't heard from us in a while,
but here we are now, with all the latest news for you. 

From today, at the start of each season, we'll craft up a newsletter with mouth-watering recipes from our members, a heads up about what's happening at our Farmers' Markets, profiles of any new members you might like to hear about, and a reminder of what's fresh and best at this time of year.

These baked eggs couldn't be simpler - simply fry off chorizo and red capsicum and add Cunliffe & Waters' Tomato & Basil sauce.  Bring to the boil, make holes in the sauce, and add Belleview Farm free range eggs, one at a time.  Simmer till egg whites are cooked and yolk is still soft.

For those of you with a sweet tooth - come and find Nice n Sweet Baked Goods - our newest member - their orange drizzle cake is a market favourite!!
And for all you olive lovers - meet Harmonia Grove - who will be joining our market.  Yes, their property looks like it's in Italy, but close - it's Taggarty!  Try their olives and oils on Sunday 16 Sep.
Wondering what's fresh and best?

In Spring, fill your basket with brilliant green tender veg such as broad beans, asparagus, zucchini and artichokes (which have come early this year).  Strawberries will be coming in October and cherries will be starting to come into season in November - so bring plenty of bags and baskets to carry all your goods home.
