Welcome back to Marianna! Marianna has worked at the J for many years and returns to teach her amazing Barre Class on Thursdays at 10:30am. She is also available again for personal training.
Adding more evening Yoga! Please join Sowmiya for a session of Vinyasa, a dynamic flow Yoga, on Thursdays 6:30pm.
New Combo taster class with Jackie on Tuesdays from 9:00-10:00am. Class combines a LaBlast dance workout with a Callanetics toning session.
LaBlast is a ballroom dance inspired fitness program, partner free and geared for all fitness levels.
Callanetics is a system of exercise involving frequent repetition of small muscular movements and squeezes designed to improve muscle tone.
Time change with Ledell. Tuesday lunchtime Dance starts earlier at 10:30am.
New class trials on Wednesday evenings with Kristine. Aqua Cardio at 5:45pm and Bootcamp at 6:35pm.
New class with Biola Wednesday 8:45am. Cardio Tone - a combination of cardio and strength training choreographed to great music.

Family swim continues through August on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4-6pm! Bring your children and enjoy some time in the pool. Just a reminder that children in diapers need to wear diapers specifically made for water and a plastic diaper cover. Lifejackets are required for non-swimmers.
Hiring Lifeguards for all shifts! Will provide Lifeguard Certification training for FREE (valued at $450) with a commitment to work. Email Christine at email@example.com for more information.

The building closes 15 min after fitness area hours are over. Please plan your workout/swim and use of the locker room accordingly.
Reservations required only for Group Exercise classes and racquetball.
All fitness areas are open including: fitness floor, pools, track, basketball and racquetball courts, women’s locker room including the sauna and steam room, boys locker room and family locker room.
Please bring your own towels.
If you have been fully vaccinated, you are only required to wear a mask in the common areas (reception area, hallways); masks are not required when working out on the fitness floor, in the pool, gymnasium, racquetball court or track. If you are not vaccinated, masks are still required when working out.
For safety reasons and out of courtesy to your fellow members, please wipe off the equipment after use.
Mens Locker Room to open early fall.
At that time, Boys Locker Room will be closed.
Sauna and Steam room will re-open.
Weekend hours will expand on September 11th, 2021
Saturday and Sunday 8:00am - 2:00pm.
