The university made the decision to move to remote instruction and recommended non-essential meetings and events be canceled or rescheduled. In light of that decision, the college has decided that the Office of Professional Development will not administer face-to-face appointments until further notice. As such, we will be conducting schedule planning and other student support appointments via other means. Please see below for more specific appointment offerings. 




Schedule Planning 
We will be conducting schedule planning via email. If you would like to receive assistance with schedule planning for the upcoming summer and fall semester, please send an email using your Knights email (due to FERPA privacy policy we are not permitted to respond to non-Knightsmail accounts) account to opd@ucf.edu and be sure to include the following: 
  • your UCF ID,
  • the semesters in which you need schedule planning for,
  • and the amount of credit hours you wish to take each term.
We will be actively checking the account but anticipate a high volume of requests given the time of year, the potential complexity of individual circumstances, and the sheer number of students (8500+) enrolled with the College. Therefore, please allow a minimum of 72 hours between the time you submit your request and the expectation of receipt of a completed response.

If you need assistance with any career/internship/job related information, or have general questions about careers, please send an email using your Knights email (due to FERPA privacy policy we are not permitted to respond to non-Knightsmail accounts) to the respective Career Coach listed below.

Study Abroad
If you require assistance with current or future study abroad programs, or have general questions, please send an email using your Knights email (due to FERPA privacy policy we are not permitted to respond to non-Knightsmail accounts) account to cbastudyabroad@ucf.edu and be sure to include your UCF ID, the study abroad program you are currently on or planning on going on (if applicable) . Given that all spring and summer study abroad programs have been cancelled, no pre-departure meetings are needed at this time. We will be actively checking the email account. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours between the time you submit your request and the expectation of receipt of a completed response.
