In our prayers

As we continue to hold the families of Ashley Wilson and Jane Wagnon close to our hearts in prayer upon their recent passing, we also extend our deepest sympathy to Sue Nevatt upon the loss of her brother, Mike. May we surround each of these families with our love and prayers.

We also want to continue to pray for Shirley Nelson and Joe Walker. Each of them are recovering at home after recent stays in the hospital.

In addition, there are two dates left on the meal train for the Wilsons. It's Monday and Tuesday of this week. If you would like to express your care and support this way, here’s the link to sign up:

Thank you!

We would like to thank everyone from both Brentwood and Trinity who dropped everything in a moment’s notice and came to help clean things up at church on Thursday after the water line to the restroom in the nursery broke. We did everything we could before the professionals arrived to begin the work of remediation and restoration. Thanks so much for all of your help! We’ll keep everyone posted as this process continues to evolve.

Easter Sunday Celebration — April 4

Weather pending, our Easter worship service will be outdoors and IN PERSON to kick off our first Lawn Chair Church of the year!

We’ll also hold our annual Easter Egg Hunt for children on the front lawn.

Strict COVID protocols will be followed, including masking and social distancing.

The service will be live-streamed as well (from now on, even when we resume gathering in person, which we hope will be relatively soon, all worship services will always be live-streamed).

Save your empty water bottles for Crosslines

The Council of Churches is looking to partner with our local churches for a donation project.  We are asking churches and church groups to kindly donate their clear used water bottles to Crosslines Food Pantry.  Crosslines use these bottles to easily transport laundry detergent and other liquids from point A to B.  This will also help to streamline the process in a safe and sanitary way. All we ask is to gather, clean appropriately, and deliver to Crosslines Food Pantry located at 627 N Glenstone.

This is a great opportunity to have partnership in progress and we hope to tell a phenomenal story when all is said and done.

Sunday Worship Leaders

We're seeking worship leaders to share in scripture and prayer with us each week, based on the theme of the Sunday worship service. You will record these at home, and we will share them in Sunday worship. To sign up, send an email to rev.emily.bowen{at}gmail.com. She will get you on the schedule, as well as give you detailed instructions and resources for the recording.

Our Pastoral Team is Here For You

If you are going through a difficult time in life or have questions/concerns and would like to visit with one of our pastors, you may contact them by phone or email in order to set up a time (if it’s an emergency, using the phone to contact a pastor is best).
