Architecture has invariably been a symbol of three critical junctures—past, present, and future—across a given time-space continuum. When a building is constructed, a spatial connection is forged with the urban fabric where it physically belongs. Moreover, architects often instill their own interpretation of the past into its present context and identity. This way, architecture becomes both the material and immaterial marker of the history associated with the urban fabric.

Sobti Sapphire is a luxury residential project in Rudrapur, a tier 2 city. The aim while designing this project was to create a spacious and comfortable environment to the people living close to the foothills of the Himalayas. The vision was to create a blend of a place where nature blends with modernity, into the contemporary aesthetic lines, the materials, and the lifestyles without losing the touch of the community living. 

A new precedent for condominium living
The Resort is an upcoming premium luxury housing located along NH 24 in the heart of Aditya World City, Ghaziabad. The project experiments with low-rise towers with each floor comprising only one 4BHK apartment. The eight towers are arranged in a staggered order such that each apartment has balconies on three sides, offering an unbroken, 270-degree view to the outdoors.  The Resort is envisaged to be a precedent for condominium living in Delhi-NCR.
