Namchar  l  Julie 2021 Nuusbrief
We are officially saying goodbye to the seventh month of the year and embracing whatever August has to offer. It's been an incredibly tough year for everyone and we are all in desperate need of hope BUT as Desmond Tutu once stated: "Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness."

We know that it is difficult to see hope in the darkness but if that is the case then perhaps light a fire to shine some light on the subject and take a moment to be grateful that you have survived thus far and that we only have 5 month left of 2021 before embracing a New Year with new possibilities, and hopefully a new excitement for what lies ahead.

Take a moment, enjoy a cup of coffee and reminisce with us on the past month's happenings.
This past month we have slowly but surely been introducing our team to you so that you can get to know each one of us personally. So far we have introduced Paul, Colin, Durkje and Jackie to you on our social media platforms. Join the conversation and get to know us on our social platforms as we introduce the rest of the team during August!
We love connecting with you on our social media platforms and getting into thick conversations with you! This past month we had a wonderful discussion about how old you were when you braaied for the very first time! Take a look at some of the wonderful memories that were shared with us and if you haven't joined in on the conversation yet then be sure to do so during the next month!
"We no longer build fireplaces for physical warmth... We build them for the warmth of the soul, we build them to dream by, to hope by, and to home by." There is nothing more comforting than a fire.

To ensure an even grill, you need the right tools, like a good pair of tongs to grab and turn the meat. Avoid using a fork at all costs. Piercing any meat with a fork will simply cause all the lovely meat juices to run out.  You don’t want to flip too much as you might risk losing juice and the flavor in your meat. It’s recommended to flip pork cuts only once or twice, letting a nice golden crust form on the underside before flipping it, while beef and lamb cuts can be flipped more often.

Salted Caramel S'mores will definitely sweeten up your day! Give it a try and let us know what you think!
