ICA became aware of three incidences over the past two days where HMIS Software went down unexpectedly. We are working with the vendor to determine why and ensure that the system is available to us.
The first two times the system was unavailable for 10 minutes each. The third time the system was unavailable for a longer period of time in the late afternoon.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to monitor this issue.
