Mandy Smith who has been with JOURNEYS clinical team since 2018
will be taking on the new role as an Outreach Specialist. Mandy will be going into JOURNEYS service area to help build relationships with
clients, volunteers, and other service providers.

She will carry a caseload of clients whose primary mode of interacting with JOURNEYS | The Road Home is outside of the HOPE Center. The focus of this work is to connect clients with resources and services and to assist them in stabilizing their lives, mental health, and primary health care needs.

Congratulations to JOURNEYS HOPE Center Manager, Jon Rapp for passing the LCSW exam and becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Jon will also be celebrating his 18th anniversary as part of the JOURNEYS family
on February 23!

We also welcome Molly, JOURNEYS new housing case manager.
Molly is a recent graduate of Lewis University for Social Work. She grew up volunteering with DuPage PADS and is a current volunteer with the DuPage YWCA. She looks forward to connecting more with our community.

Help JOURNEYS help those most in need. JOURNEYS will need several refrigerated and nonperishable meal kits dropped off Mondays, at the HOPE Center to be brought to clients staying in the hotels.

Meal kits will provide clients with enough breakfast and lunches for a week. Each kit will provide meals for 2 clients per hotel room.
