On Thursdays, the wonderful staff from Heartland Health have recently begun the process of providing COVID-19 boosters to fully vaccinated clients in JOURNEYS HOPE Center.
|
|
|
This is in addition to providing regular health care to clients in the hotels and HOPE Center, along with COVID-19 testing and vaccinations.
JOURNEYS | The Road Home is extremely grateful for Mary, her team, and this valuable service made available to clients!

The evening commences at 6:30 pm with cocktails, and hors d’oeuvres paired with silent auction browsing. This will be followed by dinner
live auction, fund-a-cause, and concluded with music and dancing.

Fund A Cause Gifts are a creative, meaningful way to support the services of JOURNEYS | The Road Home that mean the most to you and your loved ones while providing vital resources to those in need. With every gift, you will be helping someone get to their job, provide a safe and secure place of respite, put food on their table, or make their new apartment feel more like a home.

JOURNEYS will need several refrigerated and nonperishable meal kits dropped off Mondays, at the HOPE Center to be brought to clients staying in the hotels.
Meal kits will provide clients with breakfast and lunches for a week. Each kit will provide meals for 2 clients per hotel room. Learn more about what is needed by clicking the link below
