Point-In-Time: All Forms and Reports Submitted TODAY

Today is the day that all google forms and HMIS reports are due to ICA. If your agency has an outstanding HMIS report, we will be reaching out to you individually.


Point In Time (PIT) Timeline:

HMIS Due Dates:

  • Thursday January 23, 2025 – ICA will run HMIS PIT reports and send out to HMIS Users

  • Thursday January 30, 2035 – All data should be entered into HMIS by agencies

  • Thursday February 6, 2025 – Agencies have confirmed and accurate PIT report with ICA - TODAY

Non-HMIS Due Dates:

  • Thursday January 23, 2025 – Start collecting data and entering into the Google Forms

  • Thursday January 30, 2025 – All data should be collected and ready to be entered into the Google Forms

  • Thursday February 6, 2025 – All data should be entered into the Google Forms - TODAY

Housing Inventory Count

The Housing Inventory Count (HIC) is a point-in-time inventory of provider programs within a Continuum of Care that provide beds and units dedicated to serve people experiencing homelessness and, for permanent housing projects, were homeless at entry, per the HUD homeless definition. 


*** If your agency has a Rapid Rehousing (Housing and Services), Permanent Supportive Housing, or Other Permanent Housing dedicated to those experiencing homelessness, then the following timeline and information is for you! ***


2025 Housing Inventory Count (HIC) Timeline:

  • Monday February 10, 2025 – ICA will run HMIS HIC reports and send out to HMIS Users

  • Friday February 14, 2025 – All data should be entered into HMIS by agencies

  • Friday February 21, 2025 – Agencies have confirmed and accurate HIC report with ICA

IMPORTANT NOTE: If your agency has a project and it is not entered into the CoC HMIS, please reach out to ICA to ensure that we have the project information, and you receive the 2025 reporting document.

VT Chittenden Coordinated Entry - Required Training


ICA is holding a joint training with the Coordinated Entry lead / management team for the VT Chittenden CoC.

This will be a required training for any HMIS User who needs additional agency access to Chittenden Coordinated Entry.

The training will be recorded if you are unable to attend the live webinar.

  • The Training will be held on Wednesday February 12, 2025, from 9 - 11 am.

  • You must sign up and attend the training with the unique link sent to your email address in order to receive credit for attending.

All HMIS Users who have access to Chittenden Coordinated Entry will be ‘locked out’ of the Chittenden Coordinated Entry agency on Tuesday February 11, 2025.

  • This means you must ensure that any data entry you have to complete for Coordinated Entry is in the system no later than 11 am on Tuesday February 11, 2025, or you hold on to it until you receive access back.

ICA - VERMONT is hiring a System Administrator!

Under the direction of the HMIS Manager, and in cooperation with other ICA team members, the System Administrator is primarily responsible for providing project-based technical support to homeless service agencies and database end users using the HMIS. Must be a residence of Vermont or New Hampshire to qualify for position.
