ON THE BRINK RADIO #177 TERRY LILLEY, MARINE BIOLOGIST, ON NEW ZEALAND'S RIMPAC MARINE HOLOCAUST

Kauai marine biologist and underwater photographer Terry Lilley joins us again this week in honour of Operation Mahi Tangaroa, which is New Zealand's RIMPAC...a week-long orgy of maritime devastation wrought by 30+ naval warships, including the Aegis-class destroyer the USS Sampson. Running from 15 to 22 December in harbours close to Auckland, these festivities will be accompanied by a 'county fair of the macabre', a huge convention sponsored by multi-national war technology magnate Lockheed-Martin where over 500 'defense contractors' will show and presumably demonstrate their latest weapons.

This week of maritime war-games will wreak havoc on any and all life forms in the inner Hauraki gulf and Waitemata harbour areas, with a full-spectrum assault in the forms of sonic and sonar trauma, concussive effects from explosions and detonations, radio-active contamination from the use of DU ('depleted uranium') munitions, injuries from the mere physical presence of this flotilla, but perhaps most dangerous of all are the EMR and microwave weapons and technologies. A high probability exists that the radar and microwave systems on ALL these vessels from at least a dozen and a half different countries will have been supplied by the same corporations, like Raytheon for example.

Lilley describes how under US law the military is required to abide by the Endangered Species Act, but this has actually driven them to seek out new 'proving grounds' in countries that have no such laws or level of protection for non-human life. Terry also describes how 'marine sanctuaries' or reserves are really just smoke-screens to create more out-of-sight military proving grounds where no except them is allowed to go.

We reiterate the primary discoveries shared in previous interviews as well as the two I've done with Terry's colleague Stewart Simonson about the 'electrification of the marine environment' by means of weaponized (= extremely high powered) cathodic 'anti-corrosion' protection systems that generate electrical fields in the vicinity of warships powerful enough to induce heart seizures in human divers.

With 30+ naval vessels in the area, all of them armed to the teeth with the latest in EMR and microwave technologies, the entire population of Auckland can not really considered to be out of 'firing range' for these 'new generation' weapons, some of which have been designed for 'crowd control' and to debilitate the cognitive functions of the human population.
