In just a few days' time over 3000 people from the supercomputing community will arrive in Frankfurt for ISC High Performance 2016. Women in HPC will once again participate in the conference and we hope you are able to join us and help us change the face of HPC.

This workshop will bring together employers and employees from the international HPC community to discuss methods we can all use to improve diversity; from modifying the way we recruit women to small changes that improve retention of female staff in the HPC workforce. Join us and contribute to our discussions on:
  • Career development to give all women in HPC the feeling they belong in the community.
  • Providing concrete steps that employers can take to improve diversity and retain female staff in the HPC workforce.
