King Harold Academy Year 11 students were invited to speak at a launch for the Year 10 Work Experience programme for 2018.
Students shared their experiences of working in the local community, as teaching assistants at a primary school, with an accountancy firm, and with the marketing department of Leyton Orient Football Club.
Head Boy Robbie Minchin put together a presentation which he delivered to students sharing his experiences, and the skills he had learnt.
Also taking part were fellow Year 11 students Sam Burton, Belle Dilek, Joshua Gilbert and Migle Jociute.
Head of Careers Jaci Hammond said: "It was fantastic to see our Year 11s challenging, supporting and inspiring our Year 10 students."
