Students at King Harold Academy visited Honey Lane Care Home in Waltham Abbey to bring festive cheer to residents - by decorating an outdoor Christmas tree.
Teachers El Clark and Katie Lee took student art ambassadors Jacob Martinelli, Lydia Phillips, Amy Beers and Tomor Troshupa to the home to decorate the tree which has a special 'King Harold' in place of the traditional fairy on the top!
The special King was made by Year 9 students Lydia Phillips and Amy Beers.
The care home had been given a number of Christmas trees for its garden by local businesses and asked the school whether students would like to help with the decorations.
All Key Stage 3 students were involved with the project in their Art lessons with some imaginative and innovative designs created across all three year groups.
