We're in this together.
WFYI is committed to bringing you news you can trust no matter what is going on in our world. We know things are changing quickly and it’s impacting businesses and non-profits across the state. We want you to know we are here for you!

Here are some ways that we can help…
  • If you're currently running underwriting on WFYI and want to change your message, we can do that quickly. Just reach out to your Account Executive and we will make the change as soon as possible!
  • We know retail, events, restaurants and bars and arts organizations have been deeply affected by the bans on gatherings of 10 or more people. I would like to compile a list on WFYI.ORG of what you are offering during this time – Like virtual events or offering curbside pick-up or delivery – so email me with your plans and I will post on our website and we will share the link on our social media pages.
  • If you are interested in promoting what you are doing online or on 90.1 FM, please contact me and we will work out an option that includes bonus spots for each one you buy (the spots have to run between now and April 19, up to 20 spots).
  • Providing you with trusted news and compelling storytelling. When you need to know the latest news, we will be here for you…and when you need to take a break – we’re here for you then, too! Check out the list of resources at the end of this email.
As you know, WFYI is a non-profit organization and we rely on the ongoing support of individuals and sponsors to sustain the work that we do to bring you trusted news and compelling storytelling.
If your business has the capacity, please consider supporting WFYI with an on-air campaign. You can promote your brand or give recognition to another non-profit in the community. Your continued and additional support will allow us to continue what we do best – keep our community informed.

Please reach out if you have any ideas of ways that WFYI can help you or the community.  Reply to this email and Julie, Alan, Katy, Meghan or I will get right back to you. The Corporate Support team, along with most of our WFYI colleagues, is working remotely to maintain the health of the staff needed to continue to deliver WFYI’s public service.

Yours in this together,
Stacey
