10@10 Classroom Movement Breaks - Fingal Sports Office
The Fingal Sports Office team created a series of 10@10 videos to support schools engaging with the 'Active Break Every Day' challenge. Each video consists of 10 different exercises suitable for completion within the classroom. A countdown clock brings pupils through 30 seconds of the exercise, followed by a 30 seconds rest interval during which time pupils will learn an interesting sports fact. The videos have proved so popular with schools that they are planning extra videos in 2021. A great set of videos to start 2021 in an active way.
