Managing Conflict

Your co-leader disagrees with your ministry approach.  Your team isn’t being honest with you about their feelings. Your spouse and kids want more of your time.  A supporting church is considering cutting your support.  Whatever conflict you’re facing today, you are not alone.  This month’s issue focuses on managing conflict.  Be blessed as you read through articles from three of our YWAM elders on how to better manage the conflict in your life!

Make sure to also check out our recommended leadership resources of the month, as well as the upcoming leadership schools, trainings and events both online and throughout Asia.
