Dear Ava Anderson® Valued Customer,

We truly value your business – and, more importantly, your trust in our company, our mission, and our products. We are writing to you today to share a product issue and make you aware of our immediate actions.

In our very exciting process of moving many of our products, including avaMEN products and avaSCENT products, to our in-house manufacturing facility, we have just learned that our previous suppliers included synthetic fragrance in these specific products. This absolutely DOES NOT MEET our strongly-held standards of using only non-harmful chemicals. Be assured that this is unacceptable to us as a family and as a company – and we are diligently working towards a speedy resolution.

Our most immediate action is to provide you with a replacement product and superior customer service. Therefore, we will offer a replacement product to those affected customers who purchased avaMEN products and/or avaSCENT products. All the details can be found in this online order link below.

We want to be sure we properly handle each customer, so please be patient as this may take Customer Service several weeks to process. Once your replacement form is submitted and processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
 
Important: Please use this online replacement form; we will not be processing these replacements by phone. Our aim is to service everyone as quickly as possible.
 
In Addition, Proactive Steps – Starting NOW!
We are taking several immediate actions to ensure the highest product quality and service. 
  • First, we have accelerated our plan to bring manufacturing under our direct control. By the end of February we will be manufacturing 95% of our products in-house.    
  • Second, we have added three highly-respected scientists to our senior team, including a Chief Chemist/Formulator, Senior Compounder and Ingredient Efficacy Consultant/Formulation Expert.
  • Third, we have begun the process of having our production facility ‘certified organic’ by the USDA.
