SCAM Warning:

At Web South, your local computer shop and website host, we monitor quite a few email addresses and websites. this allows us to see 'trends' in what is happening with the latest scams, especially by email.
No obviously its not always easy to spot them, especially as they will chose subjects you may expect to see, such as the ATO, Banks (by brand name) and even a lot of retails stores.
Be careful it you see this one

Even if you are expecting an email such as this - be careful to check it looks right before you open it, as most times, one you have opened it - you are infected.

Best defence: Have a good brand name, full internet security suite (just the anti-virus is often not enough), and keep it up to date!. The same goes for the rest of the software you run. This should be done on PC, Apple and Tablets and Smart Phones.

Robertstown Open Wed & Thur 9-5pm and Fri 9-12
