New Eudunda Swimming Pool Times

Sadly the summer holidays have come to an end, with school starting this week.

An incredible tally of visitor numbers at the Pool, so far with 2,500 coming through the gate, and some record days of over 100 in a day.

Steve & Lee wished to thank everyone for the support,
"We wish to thank everyone who has been to the Eudunda Pool over the holidays We have had loads of fun lots of visitors and the weather was just perfect.

"The other day one gentleman, from Adelaide who was visiting his Eudunda family commented,"

'It is like an oasis in the Mid North'

Lee continued,
"We would have to agree, we are very blessed to have this wonderful  pool and facility, which is drawing people from our neighboring towns, and the feedback makes us proud to be a part of the Eudunda Community"

For the remainder of the swimming as of 29/1/18 the new times are:
Monday- Friday
9-10:30 am     -      3-7pm
Saturday/Sunday
9-10:30am      -       1-7 pm

Young Local Basketballers All Smiles After 'Australia Day Carnival'

Lots of sport action over the long and hot weekend!

Breea Schutz Earns MVP In Grand Final

The 2018 Australia Day Basketball Carnival were held from January 25-28 at the STARplex Gawler Courts Stadium at Evanston Park.

The U14 Light Girls Team performed well, only going down in the Grand Final by one point, with the final score 35 to 36 for Norwood Flames.
Family commented that the team are a great bunch of girls that gave it their all, for the whole carnival!. They also congratulated Nisa on a great job of coaching, and encouraged the girls to be proud of thier efforts.

Congratulations also go to Breea Schutz awarded MVP for the grand final! (Photo on Left)

Nate Sauer Starts Collection

Young Nate competed at the 2018 Australia Day Basketball Carnival with his team the Lions.
This is the first Grand Final the Lions have played in, so they should be very proud, only going down by 6 points in the end. Nate had a fun weekend and played some great basketball and being 'Runners up' with the quality competition on the weekend is 'just awesome'.

Following in his big brothers footsteps, young Nate now gets to start his own sporting trophy cabinet after collecting his first  on the weekend, well done Nate!  Your family and friends are very proud of you!

Tarak Sauer Another Grand Final Win

Taz, as he is better known, competed at the 2018 Australia Day Basketball Carnival with his team 'Central Districts' in the Division 1, U14 Boys Competition. It was no surprise that they took out the Grand Final,
Although winning was a great achievement for the team, it was 'Just another grand final win' according to Taz, who will be adding this trophy to the cabinet. Everyone is Proud of you Taz.
