Fall 2017 Vietnam Update
With the help of ATG's Founding Board Member/Ambassador Aivy Nguyen, ATG proudly made a distribution of $6,500 to our supported orphanages in Vietnam. With your donation, we helped over 300 underprivileged children across 21 different schools, and over 200 orphans and handicapped children. We were able to provide a year’s worth of school supplies and several months food. $5,000 was used to cover for back-to-school needs (uniforms, backpacks, school supplies, milk) and $1,500 for the 3 supported orphanages we visited. Learn more and see photos from the distribution.

Domestic Violence Awareness Month

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a month dedicated to connecting advocates across the nation who were working to end violence against women and their children. This month of awareness resonates with ATG, as we have the production of Light of Day Documentary, our newest documentary film project, in production. This film will give voice to another set of controversial and untold stories of domestic violence against Asian women and children, going back to our mission statement: "One voice. Many stories."

Any form of support for our #LightofDayDoc will be greatly appreciated. Here are some ways you can support our newest film documentary project You can donate to ATG, like our Light of Day  Documentary Facebook Page, or share your story. Contact
if you are an Asian survivor of domestic violence living in North Texas and would like to share your story with us.

Thank you for your continued support.

Because of to your generous donations on North Texas Giving Day, Sept. 14, we raised $885, with more on the way from company matching and bonus funds that Communities Foundation of Texas will provide in the next month for all donations $25 and up. Thanks to an additional generous personal donation we received from Stephen and Cindy Lee Tan, we were able to reach and exceed our $1,000 goal! That's a lot of funds to go toward our supported orphanages and underprivileged children in Asia, scholarship fun and community outreach programs!
