Another Open is behind us and we hope everyone had fun and pushed themselves a little more than they usually do. Although the Open is an online competition and the first step in determining who the fittest man, woman and team is in the world, but it's also a community event that brings out the best in us. We love participating in the Open because we see people try things they normally don't during class. And that's the beautify of the fitness we're creating: to test our bodies and see what we're truly capable of. We saw first-time bar muscle ups, PRs on handstand push-ups and more people RX workouts than we could have imagined! Be proud of yourselves!

If the Open uncovered something specific you want to work on, however, remember to talk to a coach and see what you need to do to make it happen. Our coaches also offer personal training to help you work on specific skills. Let us know what you need!

Bring a Friend on Fridays in April!

For the month of April, you can bring one friend to any Friday class. Workouts will be designed for all ability levels. You can bring each friend only once but are able to bring a different friend the following week if you'd like. Your friend must arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver and talk with the coaches before class starts. Now is your chance to show your friends how awesome YCF really is :) This will be a lot of fun so please take advantage of this!

Save the Date for our upcoming YCF Kid's Summer Camp!*
These summer camp sessions will be the only kid classes offered from 6/27-7/27 so make sure you sign your kid(s) up!

Session 1- June 27,28,29
Session 2- July 11,12,13
Session 3- July 25,26,27

9am-10am for Little Yanks
10-12pm for Big Yanks/Teens

YCF Sponsors the Farmington Relay for Life!

We have a bunch of YCF kids who are fundraising for Relay for Life, a team fundraising event for the American Cancer Society where team members take turns walking around a track or designated path. In addition to donating ourselves, we will be collecting donations as a group and then will split the total evenly between all the kids participating.

To donate, you can give cash or a check (made out to the American Cancer Society) to any coach. Thanks in advance!

Join our Walk for Wishes Team!

YCF will have a team at this year's Walk for Wishes, a nationwide Make-A-Wish® fundraiser that celebrates more than 270,000 wishes that have already been granted while raising funds for future wishes. It's a family-friendly event powered by wish families, volunteers, donors and friends.

We'd love to get as many members to participate as possible. It's on Saturday, May 13 at Lake Compounds so it's super close and fun for families. 

The walk starts before the park opens at 9am. There are some fundraising incentives which can be found here along with additional details.

Just a reminder that we offer meals from Kettlebell Kitchen, a performance food brand! Meals crafted by classically trained chefs, Kettlebell Kitchen is an easy and convenient way to clean up your nutrition, recover faster, work harder, and have fresh meals delivered right to the gym. Many of our members regularly order from KBK and love the convenience and the food!

KBK delivers right to YCF every Monday and Thursday. The order cutoffs are:
• Wednesday evening by midnight for Monday delivery
• Saturday evening by midnight for Thursday delivery
