In this Update: Ready for Launch; membership
VIVA VILLAGEViva Villagers
is set to take off!

After 2 years, 8 months, 19 days and more than 12,950 hours* from dedicated volunteers, Viva Village is ready for action.

Viva Villagers IIOn October 1 we will begin to carry out our mission of building and sustaining an intergenerational organization that provides older Beaverton-area residents with trained volunteers and affordable paid services to help them age in place and thrive as members of a safe, caring community.

Interesting and fulfilling times are ahead as we work together to make a real difference in our community and in the lives of our friends and neighbors.

Check out Yongkie's inviting pictures of this ADA trail.

“The site provides a popular trail for walkers, runners, and bicyclists, and benches for leisure. Bird and wildlife watching opportunities abound; visitors should be on the lookout for beavers, songbirds, waterfowl, and red-tailed hawks soaring overhead.”
