Tender Process Update 14/09/2015

Dear <<First Name>>,

We are aware that Newton Jones have incorrectly stated today, that the tender process, of which Newton Jones is a part, is not impartial. The Directors would like to stress that Fiona Docherty of James Andrews Residential (JAR) has been retained to conduct a professional, independent tender, the results of which will be published to ensure full transparency for leaseholders.
James Andrew Residential have kindly offered to support Baltic Quay during any transition period during which, either the Directors will negotiate a new contract with Newton Jones, or a new managing agent. Having a support structure in place at all times makes sound commercial sense and should not increase the costs to Baltic Quay.
Should shareholders have any questions about the tender process, Fiona Docherty will be available after the EGM on Wednesday 16th to answer any questions.

Best wishes,

The Directors of Baltic Quay

Keith Duncan (Chairman)
Yvonne Kunihira-Davidson (Finance & Contracts)
David Hubber (Staff, Leaseholder & Council Relations)
John Staines (Company Secretary)
Thomas Bridge (Website and Social Media)
