Every April, Columbia University hosts programs, dialogues, and events as part of Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) to raise awareness of sexual violence and provide education to address and end sexual violence in our communities. This Earth Day, April 22, Columbia encourages its staff, faculty, students, and surrounding community to engage in dialogue about environmental and sustainability issues facing our city and go car-free for the day.
