Wellbeing Matters

Welcome to 'Wellbeing Matters' the newsletter from the Barnet Wellbeing Service.

Wellbeing Matters will bring you some fun and helpful information to keep you cheerful and full of new ideas during lockdown and beyond. We are currently revamping the Barnet Wellbeing Service website and we look forward to sharing the wide range of resources and information with you in March. You can see all of the great activities being run through the hub here on the Wellbeing Service website.
You, Me and the World

Artsdepot in North Finchley and story-telling company Take Stock Exchange (TSX) are running a project in Barnet this winter to empower people to share stories, ideas and opinions about their experiences living and working in the local area. These stories will then be shared with the other groups TSX are working with, and vice versa - a story exchange, connecting people to others within their community. This project gives everyone an opportunity to be creative and express themselves, and also to learn more about the lives of other local people. For more information; follow this Art Depot link
Each newsletter, we will bring you 5 activities or ideas based upon the 5 Steps to Wellbeing...
