Homecoming 2020 is going virtual

Greetings fellow Cahillites, it is with great regret that we announce the cancellation of our annual Alumni Homecoming scheduled for Sunday, November 8, 2020 due to the pandemic. We are in the process of planning a virtual day of celebrating our Memorial Mass and saluting our anniversary classes. We also plan to hold our annual officer elections as well in accordance with our Alumni charter. Please stay tuned on Roman’s social media and your mailboxes for updates!

We have reached the closing months for the production of the next Alumni Directory.

Every five years, Roman works with a publishing company to collect updated alumni information for the directory. We appreciate all of our alumni's cooperation with this project. Matching Gift campaign for Tuition Assistance continues

Last month we informed you of a new initiative to help our students. Faith in the Future, the nonprofit organization which manages the 17 high schools of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, has established a tuition-assistance program, where every gift donated to Roman will be matched, dollar-for-dollar, up to $10,000. These monies are being used exclusively to help families impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic to keep their son enrolled at Roman. For example, a $100 gift will become a $200 gift for Roman’s tuition assistance program.

We know that throughout this past year, many of you have made sacrificial gifts—for that, we are exceedingly grateful. Yet, if you have not yet made a gift, this would be a great opportunity to double your contribution to Roman and double the impact in a student’s life. Please consider supporting Roman Catholic by donating to this new tuition assistance program at Make sure to designate ROMAN CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL FOR BOYS as the recipient of your gift. Thank you!
