Introduction to Mindfulness
Join Martin for an introduction to some simple, scientifically proven techniques which will have a real impact on your well-being - ideal if it’s new to you or as a refresher. Over the hour, Martin will also lead you in a guided meditation so you can experience deep relaxation for yourself.

You’ll receive a booklet “An Introduction to Mindfulness” which has all the info you need to fully understand mindfulness, two short videos with hints and tips and a handy audio to lead you in an expertly guided practice to help you relax and unwind whenever you need to.
