Due to the blended format of this evening's Board of Education meeting, we ask that you review the following information, which includes important details for both the Live Streaming and the In-Person opportunities.

Live Streaming Participation Online:

- Members of the public who would like to watch the meeting may do so via a live video stream starting at 7:00 p.m., which will be available prior to the start of the meeting Monday at this link: https://www.geneva304.org/MeetingVideos.aspx.
- This meeting will also be recorded, and the video will be posted later in the week on the website.

- Each visitor must bring and wear a mask before entering the building, and will be expected to wear the mask at all times. We do not have spare masks to provide to the public at this time.
- Each visitor must complete and bring a printed copy of our Visitor COVID-19 Self-Certification and Verification Form at this link. Copies will be also made available at the entrance, and unused pens will be made available.
- Anyone wishing to formally address the Board during Public Comments may do so by completing a Public Comments Form at this link. Copies will also be made available at the entrance.
- Due to social distancing guidelines and space accommodations, our capacity for members of the public is limited to approximately 30 individuals. Members of the public who do not wish to formally address the Board are encouraged to watch the meeting online.
- District staff will safely escort the flow of visitors to designated areas of the building, so that they can watch the meeting and participate in Public Comments.
- Hand sanitizer will be made available at entrances and in hallways.
- Floor markings will indicate traffic patterns to limit hallway congestion.
- All seating areas will designated with respect to 6 feet of social distance.
- The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m., so we ask that visitors arrive early to help us successfully manage this process.
