Adventure Awaits

Ask Questions


Confront yourself: What is the one thing that's been nagging you in the back of your mind? A decision to say yes or no, to jump in or shy away? That one thing that you know would benefit you but you're afraid or hesitant to say yes to?

Challenge yourself to say Yes!

Dream Big

The greater the goal, the more room you allow yourself to reach your maximum potential. Don't be afraid to dream big! The world doesn't become a better place by you shrinking back.

We all have dreams, but what's holding us back from making them a reality? In order for our dreams to come into fruition, we must take action--but that's easier said than done! Fear of the unknown can hold us back. In order to grow we've got to get comfortable with being uncomfortable!

As soon as you face your fear, it can no longer be defined as a fear. 

Adventure Awaits

Dreams require action. Take advantage of opportunities that come your way and don't take them for granted. We are all granted opportunities, whether we see them as such, or not. It can be all too easy to compare ourselves to others that appear to be "luckier" than us, but we cannot expect to be given great opportunities unless we act on even the smallest ones! 

If given the choice between flat or fizzy water, always choose the fiz! Carbonate your life and shake things up!

Decide on one small daily practice you can begin to incorporate, or continue to nurture, first thing in the morning in order to get used to jumping in. Say yes to making the bed in the morning. Say yes to yourself with a big smile in the mirror. Say yes to a moment of prayer, meditation, and gratitude. Say yes to a healthy breakfast. Say yes to playing with the kids. Say yes to taking out the trash. Choosing to say yes to small things will empower you to take risks with the bigger decisions of life!

The real test: On the way out the door, you get a phone call. A friend asks a favor of you, or invites you to a "thing" that evening. You tense up and your mind begins to panic as you struggle to come up with an excuse. Say Yes! Just give it a try! You may meet that special someone. You may get that job offer you've always wanted. You WILL feel great afterwards! 

The small "yes" moments in our lives can lead to great adventures!

Tell Your Story

Adventure becomes a part of who we are--it helps to shape and define us. In turn, this self-realization leads to a sense of confidence. Adventure gives us something to talk about--a story to tell. You don't have to be a blogger, a novelist, or a screenwriter to tell your story. Lead by example.

Aristotle said, "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act, but a habit." Every choice you make, from the moment you wake up to the moment your head hits the pillow, is an opportunity to seize. Aspire to be the best possible version of yourself on a daily basis, in matters both small and large, and you will inspire others to do the same!

We tell our stories by being whole-heartedly invested in living life to the fullest. Do small things with great care, and great opportunities will be given to you. 

Replace mediocrity with ferocity! Be Fearless. Dream Big. Say Yes to Adventure. Tell Your Story.

Tomorrow when you wake up, look in the mirror and tell yourself, I Choose Adventure. Now go out and say Yes to the world!


Make every life event an adventure,

Embellish the bland and mundane,

Add flourishes to the painting of life,

Create the life of your dreams!
