7 Dinners To Save You Time, Money & Effort
Hey <<First Name>>,

Welcome to the fourth edition of my weekly meal plans, where I share with you 7 easy LCHF meals.
Is it making your life a bit easier?

If you're new here, this is what it's all about:
7 LCHF meals, all geared towards a healthy, low carb lifestyle and to make your life just a bit easier by laying it all out for you and providing a handy shopping list.

{This is not a diet / weight-loss meal plan, although you probably will shed some extra kilos along the way!}

My menus for the week always only list the main meal, so you can choose whether that's dinner or a late lunch, etc.
I pack the leftovers for lunch boxes or even incorporate it into breakfast, usually along with a hearty bowl of scrambled eggs.

Mix and match however you want - and remember the handy shopping list below.

Monday:
Butternut 'Noodles' with Sundried Tomato Pesto
Tuesday:
Flame-Grilled Yellowtail with a Summer Salsa
Wednesday:
Lettuce Tacos
Thursday:
Fishcake Stacks
Friday:
Burger Night!

Saturday:
Spinach & Parmesan Pizzas

{top with a selection of heirloom tomatoes if you've had enough fish!}
Sunday:
Chicken & Zucchini Bake
+
'Fridge' Salad
{Use all the salad-bits you already have in the fridge}
OR
Cauli Mash
Shopping List:

{these are the main ingredients for the dishes for this menu, and doesn't include basics that I'm assuming you have, such as eggs, cream, butter, garlic, etc...}

1x whole butternut
Corrado's sundried tomato pesto
Corrado's banting chili relish
Parmesan cheese / Italian hard cheese
whole yellowtail
cucumber
peppers {red / yellow / green}
tomatoes
onions
4x avocados {at least}
fresh mint
baby gem lettuce
2 kg beef mince
sour cream
jalapeños
2x packets of bacon
sweet potatoes
fresh coriander
Mozzarella cheese
Swiss chard spinach
2x tins Portugese sardines
1/2 kg zucchini / baby marrow
fresh thyme
8x chicken pieces {drumsticks & thighs}
Always check which of the items on your shopping list you already have - and check that you have basics like garlic, chili, olive oil, coconut oil, etc.

TOP TIP:
Check with your local butcher for specials on meat and buy those in bulk if you can.

For those of you in Johannesburg, Country Meat has a special on whole lamb at the moment for R89.99 p/kg and whole chicken at R39.99 p/kg.
Their minced beef is also very well-priced and not so lean, which is what you want!
And the biggest plus is that all their meat is grass-fed, free range, pure goodness.

Bazaruto Seafood in Centurion is the best place for fresh, well-priced seafood.

Happy shopping, planning & cooking!
