It's almost Heritage Day here in South Africa and what do we do on Heritage Day?
Yes, we bring out the charcoal, wood, Blitz, tongs, loungers, suntan lotions, coolers and we spend a jolly day outside, cooking all our favourite meats and sides with friends and family! All on the braai or barbecue, of course.
Heritage Day, aka Braai Day, must be the epitome of a South African get-together and here at FGP, we do it in style!
