LOOKING BACK, LOOKING FORWARD: JAPANESE STUDIES IN AUSTRALIA MONASH UNIVERSITY

Another reminder that the conference "Looking back, looking forward: Japanese Studies in Australia' will be held on Friday 14 (afternoon and evening) and Saturday 15 (full day) October, 2016 at Clayton Campus, Monash University. Attendance is free of charge, however registration is required. Participants are also invited to the subsidised dinner on Friday 15 October to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Japanese Studies at Monash University.

The Japan Study Grants Program at the National Library of Australia is now open for application. This program is to support researchers and scholars resident in Australia whose work would benefit from access to the rich Japanese language and Japan-related collections of the National Library.
