Love for Everyone!
Valentine's day isn't just for romantic love, but for love of all kinds. So reach out to whomever you love such as parents, friends, siblings, grandparents, pets, teachers, neighbors, and so on. Anyone can be a Valentine and they all deserve our love and a bit of chocolate and perhaps a daisy or two. 

Don't forget about you. Give yourself a small gift, and remember you deserve all the love and affection, flowers and cake too!  

Clean Your Home Naturally:
Instead of using the usual toxic cleaning agents, try using a mixture of baking soda and vinegar  (2:1 ratio) with some water to clean just about everything, from windows, bathroom, counter tops, floors, computer, to everything in the kitchen. It also works well for clogged sinks. It's safe for everyone, incredibly cheap, and eco-friendly. A winning combo!

Shop Smart & Healthy:
This year, develop a habit of reading all the products you buy in the grocery store or elsewhere. Read the back of the product, starting with the ingredients, which are listed in the order of quantity. If it is riddled with fat, sugar, chemicals and ingredients you've never heard of or can't pronounce, it should not go into your body. Focus on buying real food. You and your family will become healthier and save money and heartache in the long run.  

For the Health of Body and Mind:
Always try to reduce intake of meat, dairy, sodas, caffeine, and processed sugar. These can cause havoc to your body and have a negative affect on your mood.
