DALLAS – Dallas ISD is still seeking talented teachers and interested applicants are encouraged to attend our all-level teacher job fair at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11 at Skyline High School. Attendees will get the chance to learn more about available positions and interview with principals and hiring teams.

Community meeting for the new Albert C. Black Elementary SchoolAs we begin to plan for the new Albert C. Black Elementary School, we want parent, student and community input on what they’d like to see in their new school. The next meeting will be held at 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, at the Boys and Girls Club (2907 Linfield Road), where district officials will provide updates on the project and answer questions.

Hispanic Heritage Month – Sunset High School’s folklorico team
For students at Sunset High School’s ballet folklorico group, showcasing their culture is a lifestyle and a part of their identity. The costumes and instruments they use reflect different regions and cultures in Mexico.
