Greetings Catalog Coordinators,

The deadline to make changes to the course catalog was Jan.15th. Today is the first day of class registration. The only changes you may make to class information in the Schedule of Classes are:
Note that when you change the meeting time, there is an impact to students who may have already registered for the class. In general, most curriculum changes to course data are not permitted at this time, especially to information in the course catalog. If you have an urgent change or need to cancel a class, please email courses@fas.harvard.edu and we will assist you.  
Important Spring Term Dates:
  • TODAY, Jan. 28: Check-In Deadline. First day of FAS classes. GSAS and College students may enroll in Spring term classes. Faculty begin to respond to permission requests.
  • Friday, Feb. 8: Registration Deadline
  • Feb. 11-13: FAS Makeup Exam Period
  • Monday, Feb. 25: Fifth Monday

This training provides an overview of my.harvard for Catalog Coordinators who are new to their position as well as those who would like to refresh their skills. You will learn how to create a course, schedule a new course, determine whether you need a course roll, (un)bracket a course, and (in)activate a course.
