Welcome back to the
IDEC 2015 Crowd Funding Campaign

873 People Have Visited Our Campaign
Only 12 days to go.
We need your support!

Watch our AWESOME crowdfunding video below!!!

873 people have visited our campaign!  That's fantastic! What is not so great is that most haven't made their contribution yet! We have 12 days left.  With a modest $20 donation from each person we can reach the 50% mark!  That would cover all the costs for the IDEC 2015 conference.
You may wonder why we have a debt! It's because, for better or worse, we wanted to make sure anyone could come to the conference and we gave away over 200 free tickets hoping the paid attendance would take care of the shortfall. Obviously it didn't and that's why we need your help to finish paying for this experience that was life changing and transformational for everyone who came.  So your $20 could buy a few cups of coffee or it could help an amazing group of people who risked much to bring much for many.

Rangimarie Parata

It takes a whole village to raise a child.
Rangimarie Parata is presenting her NZ story of ‘Te Pā o R
ākaihautū ‘,an innovative 21st century learning village in Christchurch. Their educational approach is based on Maori (indigenous people of NZ) traditions of learning and teaching and is devoted to educational success for the whole whānau ( extended family/community)
This awesome example of a Pa Wanaga ( learning village) gives us the opportunity to look at education from a Maori perspective. Click here to watch.

With love and thanks from all of the NZ IDEC team.
