Hi and welcome to our June newsletter. There has been big changes at Sitevisuals this month and we are excited to introduce to you our new General Manager. Plus, a first look at WA's very own Food Innovation Precinct sprouting up in Peel just as we bid farewell to the now-finished microgrid next door.
Hungry for innovation

Work has begun on a multi-million dollar Western Australian Food Innovation Precinct (WAFIP) in Peel Business Park.

The precinct will boast a 600m2 manufacturing space that will allow local and global entrepreneurs, food companies and agri-enterprises an environment to research, develop and commercialise new value-added food products.

Sitevisuals is delighted to partner with the Shire of Murray on this project.
University showcase

Did you know that for more than 18 months now, Curtin University has operated a base in Midland, in addition to its home in Perth's southern suburbs?

The hub is primarily utilised by final year medical school students, as well as other health science students.

We captured these images for long-time Sitevisuals client PS Structures to showcase this fabulous new facility.
The way forward

Sitevisuals is proud to announce we are now an Associate Member of the Noongar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI).

As a non-Aboriginal business, Sitevisuals wishes to partner with the NCCI to help support their mission in building the economic capacity and wealth of Noongar people.

For more information visit the NCCI website.

Australian first

Australia has its first renewable energy industrial microgrid.

Peel's new microgrid is now several months into powering the Peel Business Park in Nambeelup.

It's an innovative solution to the high costs associated with extending the mains grid into the estate, and is hoped it will allow businesses to move more freely into the area.

We are delighted to share this time-lapse video of Peel Renewable Energy's field of solar panels coming together.

Introducing...

We are excited to welcome aboard Brad Lewin as the new General Manager of Sitevisuals.

Brad has 25 years of management and leadership experience in the business and not-for-profit sectors.

Prior to joining Sitevisuals, he was a contract manager in the Utilities Division of Service Stream and has overseen contracts with ATCO Gas, Alinta Energy, Kleenheat Gas, The Water Corporation and Rio Tinto in WA.

After a stint in Melbourne, Brad is excited to be back in WA with a locally owned company. He believes Sitevisuals offers the business community an outstanding product in recording and promoting activities via time-lapse and other professional photography services.
