Invest in news by immigrant journalists and journalists of color
It matters more than ever that American newsrooms reflect the diverse communities they serve. For more than 18 years Feet in 2 Worlds has been helping immigrant journalists take their rightful place in newsrooms across the country.
With Giving Tuesday (or Giving Newsday as we call it) one day away, we wanted to remind you to join Feet in 2 Worlds in giving to support immigrant journalists and journalists of color!
Your donation supports our fellowship and training programs and our award-winning journalism. From now until December 31st, NewsMatch, the Ralph E. Ogden Foundation and a special fund established by the Feet in 2 Worlds Board of Directors will quadruple your one-time gift, all up to $1,000 per individual.
Our goal is to raise at least $40,000.
With your contribution and matching funds from NewsMatch and the Ralph E. Ogden Foundation we can do it! Help elevate the voices of immigrant journalists. Support award-winning journalism. Give nonprofit. Give today.
P.S Please help us spread the word! Forward this email to friends and colleagues who you think would be interested in helping support our work.
Fi2W is supported by the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, The Ford Foundation, the David and Katherine Moore Family Foundation, the Ralph E. Ogden Foundation, an anonymous donor and readers like you.
