Calling all volunteers!
For all you volunteers looking to help CTA anytime of year, (starting Now!), we're looking for help on our committees, listed here with their responsibilities.
VOLUNTEER ADMINISTRATION: Manage volunteer recruitment. Assign volunteers to storefronts. Maintain volunteer list. Record volunteers' hours of service. Check and distribute CPE credit letters.
PUBLICITY: Volunteer and Client recruitment through media and websites. Aid with our Newsletter (write or solicit articles). Contact other committees to assess their publicity needs. Maintain content on the website. Update our social media pages (Linkedin and Facebook).
FUND RAISING: Investigate sources, prepare requests and apply for grants.
TRAINING: Find and confirm locations and dates, prepare training schedule, secure trainers, prepare and reproduce training materials.
PHONE MESSAGES: Retrieve messages from answering service and respond or redirect to someone who will know the answer.
TECHNOLOGY: Maintain and update the CTA website.
STOREFRONT ADMINISTRATION: Contact and verify storefronts. Ensure storefront staffing, equipment and supply needs, organize existing equipment and supplies, deliver to storefronts.
