Calypso Pale Ale is a New World Pale Ale. Calypso combines three bold aromatic hops including Nelson Sauvin from Germany that are used late in the boil and as a dry hop. These pungent new world hops work together to provide a fresh citrus & passion fruit aroma & flavor. The big hop punch and assertive bitterness is supported by a biscuity malt backbone provided by Scottish Golden Promise as the base malt along with Crystal and Munich specialty malts.

Prickly Mosses Chardonnay India Pale Ale is an American style IPA blended with a chardonnay chosen by winemaker Scott McWilliam from the Hunter Valley for it's tropical fruit characteristics, which blends perfectly with the chosen hops and lengthens the palate. Brewed with pure Otway rainwater. This is one IPA which will have you wanting more. Thanks Luke for this delicious beer.

There’s a lot of collaboration around which appear to be marriages of convenience. This is not one of those. This is a collaboration born out of love, admiration, and respect for each other, and of course, malt and hops. Lots of malt, and hops! Ever wondered what happens when you combine the malt blast of an Exit Scotch Ale with a customary hop tornado from Kaiju!?
Then wonder no more. Behold SCHOPSH! in all its flavoursome glory. We honour our past and celebrate our future with this bottle.Allow your tastebuds to be decimated today.

                                              ABV: 6.5%

Dr Shedlove is our annual collaboration with mischief maker and all round good guy, Doc from Drs Orders. 2016 brings together 250kgs of Taro and Yams with Belgian yeast. The result is a dark complex beast, with the yeast esters matching seamlessly with the almost umami from the vegetables. Oak chips bring a slight drying, earthy quality to the malty foundation. It has a delicious mouthfeel and is best served slightly above normal serving temperatures.

 ABV: 9.0%
