Our Third Album Greener Now Available

It's been a while since the Grass Republic last sent out the goings on with the band.  We have been pretty dang busy and a lot of great things have happened.  First off our long awaited third album "Greener" is now available on our website, Bandcamp, CDBaby, itunes, Spotify, Youtube, and more places than we even know.
We've had great response from the album thus far, one fan stated that if the album was released in the 70's we'd have blown up and toured the world.  Yup, we agree.  We are looking forward to the album being reviewed in the December issue of Relix, and our first single, "Hold Our Position" being added to their sampler CD that will be mailed to all subscribers and will stream on both and for the month.
We're really excited to see what their editors think!  Click on the link below to go to bandcamp for purchase a CD or to download the album.  Or go check it out on Spotify, if you have a playlist please add your favorite tracks to it!  Also, our first official video "Hold Our Position" is now floating in the web.  Filmed by Dave Thomas Photography we're really pleased to share it with you.

Our friend and complete musical fanatic, Jackson Truax wrote a review of the album for us.  He's met so many musical heroes and has written many pieces for LA Weekly, Shakedown News, as well as others.  He has a a way with words:  Greener, the third album from Grampas Grass is a forty-eight minute euphoric thrill ride, serving as the band’s love letter to the sacred traditions of jam band music while ever breaking down barriers and carving out their own path.  Click to read the full review
We will be wrapping up 2017 with a lone December show at our home stage King Neptunes.  I'm sure we'll have more than a few new pieces of music for your listening pleasure!
