Hello and a very warm welcome to the March 2017 edition of Alumni Matters.
Newcastle University Business School is committed to supporting you in your lifelong professional development through our Alumni Relations Programme.
|
|
|
Since starting this role in June 2016, I have re-established our Alumni Advisory Committees in our largest alumni communities of Newcastle, London, Shanghai and Beijing. These committees are a valuable source of ideas and contacts which shape the alumni activities we deliver in these regions.
Earlier this year, we held two Employability Events in China and you can read more about those further on in this e-newsletter. We would also love to see you at our upcoming event in London on 29th March, if you are in the City, make sure to drop by.
In the meantime, you can stay up to date with news and stories from the Business School community, as well as resources, benefits and services which are available to all Business School alumni by following us on LinkedIn and joining our LinkedIn Group
To ensure you receive all relevant news, event information and opportunities please update your contact details here.
Over the past 9 months I have had the extreme pleasure of meeting close to 100 alumni who are now sharing their experience and expertise with Business School students and alumni through activities such as mentoring, speaking, providing business projects, and hosting interns and placements.
If you would like to find out how you can get involved please contact me at bsalumni@newcastle.ac.uk
Happy reading!
