Nothing quite like the excitement of a new year and some new goals (AKA - resolutions) to get the year off to a good start. Hope you all had some relaxing time with family and friends over the holidays and managed to include some fitness filled adventures. I know a bunch of the 6am hard cores managed to organise their own holiday boot camps sessions amongst themselves and met up at various places, days and times and did a few burpees and dips to keep themselves sane.
Now is the time to set some new fitness goals, but make sure they are realistic ones and within your grasp of achieving.
I know quite a few of you are chomping at the bit to get back on board with some boot camp sessions, so I've included the summer schedule in this newsletter and you'll be pleased to know we start back again this coming Monday.
