Happy 2017

Nothing quite like the excitement of a new year and some new goals (AKA - resolutions) to get the year off to a good start.  Hope you all had some relaxing time with family and friends over the holidays and managed to include some fitness filled adventures.  I know a bunch of the 6am hard cores managed to organise their own holiday boot camps sessions amongst themselves and met up at various places, days and times and did a few burpees and dips to keep themselves sane.

Now is the time to set some new fitness goals, but make sure they are realistic ones and within your grasp of achieving.  


I know quite a few of you are chomping at the bit to get back on board with some boot camp sessions, so I've included the summer schedule in this newsletter and you'll be pleased to know we start back again this coming Monday.  
 

January Payments (50% of the full price)

January payments are due sometime before you start back with us.

A reminder of the rules;
  • If you do miss a session or two for some reason, you do have the remainder of that month to catch those sessions up.  
  • Missed sessions can't be rolled over to the next calendar month.  If you want flexibility, then perhaps a concession card is the better option for you. 
  • Please pay the monthly fees by the 10th of the month. 
  • If you want to do more sessions in a month and your feeling extra motivated, then feel free to try.  You can always scale up and pay the difference at the end of the month. 
Monthly Fees;
Unlimited sessions - $145/month
3 sessions/Week - $115/month
2 sessions/Week - $85/month
Concession Card, 10 sessions - $120, 4 sessions - $50
