Who and what is Agile Strides?

Who is Agile Strides? That is easy, Agile Strides is Ralph van Roosmalen. What does Agile Strides mean? Strides are walks with long, decisive steps in a specified direction. Agile for me is all about inspect and adapt. I want to help people and organizations to make a next step and help them to constantly inspect and adapt.

Last week we did a session at the XP Days 2015 Benelux. We gave some ideas on how to solve some of the challenges people encounter during work. We gave some pragmatic solutions and spoke about some truths which are out there in XP. Most importantly, we tried making clear that you can use an existing framework to help you overcome a challenge. We wrote this blog to share our ideas and solutions with you.
