Good Morning,

In this month's e-newsletter, we highlight ten ways you can protect your company's trade secrets.

In firm news, FLG recently obtained a nonsuit in favor of its client following presentation of the plaintiff’s case.

The case, Mehdi v. Illumiere 14, Inc., et al. proceeded to trial in the San Bernardino Superior Court before the Honorable Michael Sachs, presiding judge of the San Bernardino Superior Court.  The case involved an investment gone made in a manufacturing company located in the Inland Empire. Following three days of testimony during which FLG attorney Brandon C. Fernald elicited key admissions on cross-examination of the plaintiff, FLG moved for judgment on behalf of its client.  Following extensive oral argument, the Court granted the motion in its entirety.  The trial continues against the remaining defendants who are represented by other counsel.
